頂新前總座飭回 高院駁回抗告

台北地檢署偵辦味全油品混摻大統黑心油案，聲請羈押頂新製油前總經理常梅峰遭駁回後，立即向高等法院提起抗告，但高院下午以檢方證據不足為由駁回。

高院指出，不能因為偵訊筆錄的供述不一致，就認為常梅峰有勾串、滅證之虞；再者，頂新公司及其相關製油公司使用的油產品，雖然有大量進貨證據，但現存貨品被衛生安全機關查獲後，都已下架查扣，難認常梅峰有機會再度犯行。

檢方懷疑常梅峰向大統負責人高振利索取回扣，上周六（9日）以串證、滅證、持續賣油之虞聲押禁見，但台北地院認為檢方提出的證據不足，裁定常梅峰無保請回。
