退休工友涉詐領癌末榮民60萬積蓄遭識破

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮榮民之家今年7月才退休的工友馮肇基（69歲），上月29日前往花蓮港務局郵局企圖盜領一名癌末宗姓（84歲）老榮民畢生積蓄60萬元，遭郵局經理江美玉識破。馮男在郵局內跟江美玉周旋近1個小時，還理直氣壯質問女經理「耽擱我30分鐘，看妳要怎麼賠！」

江美玉今天說，當時要馮男出示證件，發現並非宗姓存戶本人，才追問兩人關係，獲悉宗姓老榮民還住院，且無家人，直覺怪異，才通知榮民之家輔導員前來了解，果真發現提領人未經存戶同意領光所有存款，才成功阻止老榮民畢生積蓄遭盜領。花蓮榮民之家輔導組長彭日發說，馮男在榮家擔任工友超過30年，只知道私底下會跟幾位老榮民有交流，是否有其他老榮民受害遭盜領存款，會配合警方調查。花蓮警分局美崙派出所則表示，當天員警有受理該起盜領案，全案依詐欺、背信等罪偵辦中。
