蕭敬騰潑糞案　友紀委託律師再發聲明

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】針對蕭敬騰潑糞一案，被點名可能涉案的蔭山友紀，除透過律師證實她已從峇里島回台外，其它不願多做回應。今天委託律師張雯峰，針對媒體的報導，聲明如下:
一、友紀確實已回到台灣，請媒體朋友毋在猜測追逐。二、友紀沒有參與蕭敬騰潑糞一案，針對該案相關事證，會配合警方協助調查，不會配合媒體起舞。三、友紀尊重台灣司法，也尊重媒體有報導之權利，但希望媒體朋友保留個人隱私，遵守個資法之規定，勿增加社會及個人之困擾。四、任何對於友紀之報導，如有侵害隱私權，恐已違反新聞倫理及相關之法令，希望相關主管機關正視，煤體自律，友紀保留一切法律追訴之權利。
