主揪人：我 連絡方式：站內信 時間：目前暫訂每週1.4兩天，晚上7：00~8：00(討論) 地點：員林國小或外環道(討論) 交通方式：自行前往 人數：1+N (別太多) 花費：0 自備：水 備註：因為明年有報名日月潭29KM路跑賽(希望可以在3hr內完賽)，故想練習一下 目前已有參加過三場半馬，時間約2hr30min 自己練習的速度約在0.7~0.8km/5min 因為一個人跑太無聊了常常跑沒幾分鐘就跑不下去， 希望可以徵到路跑愛好者， 希望練習的時候可以跑5-10km or 30-60min左右 是否開放推文討論？： -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.180.12
