中央氣象局表示，今(10)日仍然是東北風的天氣型態，不過水氣相較昨天會少一些，所以迎風面的北台灣及花東地區降雨的時間跟範圍都會比較局部，而基隆北海岸、大臺北山區及宜蘭地區降雨還是相對明顯一些，中南部地區則較不受影響，仍然維持多雲到晴的天氣；氣溫方面，今天清晨台南以北低溫約為18至21度，比較偏涼，預測白天的高溫北部及宜花地區約23至25度左右，感受上仍較為濕涼，不過中南部及台東高溫仍然有27至30度，日夜溫差比較大，請早出晚歸及南來北往的朋友要特別留意溫度的變化，適時增減衣物。

此外，今天沿海空曠地區及各離島，容易有8至9級強陣風出現，前往海邊或從事海上活動請注意安全。
