高屏澎徵才　不拘學歷職缺5500個

【涂建豐／高雄報導】高屏澎東區就業服務中心統計，上月求才廠商共登記釋出12000個工作機會，不拘學歷職缺就占了5500個，約占全部職缺將近一半，顯示目前就業環境，廠商正逐漸放寬招募條件，求職者的學習能力與對工作的向心力，較學歷與工作經驗更受廠商重視。
 
就業服務中心表示，除了廠商放寬招募條件，希望吸引各階層求職者，也有不少廠商，願意給求職者工作學習的機會，讓無工作經驗的求職者，能一邊工作，一邊學習，以培養員工向心力；建議求職者先把握工作機會，可以藉著在工作上不斷的學習，加強實務上的經驗，增加自己在職場上的優勢。
