【短片】大二生設計機上餐　奪廚藝競賽冠軍

【李姿慧／台北報導】華航今舉辦首屆華航盃創意廚藝競賽，有24組大專校院學生組隊同場競技，最後由嘉南藥理科技大學餐旅管理系2年級學生楊榮信、周金樺拿下冠軍；楊榮信說，決賽當場才公布主餐食材是雞肉，考量旅客搭機時在空中味覺較遲鈍，因此飛機餐必須入味，他把雞肉醃漬後再煎，搭配的高麗菜飯所使用的米也先炒過還用高湯蒸到入味，能拿到冠軍很開心。
 
華航說，冠軍除獲頒5萬元獎金和亞洲線機票外，還將成為儲備人才，其創意菜也有機會變成機上餐。
