標題[請益] 科技業VS傳產

小弟目前113ME碩二 先前有先面試過幾間公司的研發替代役 目前比較有機會的應該只剩下兩間.....(雖然還沒拿到offer... 但想先問問版上各位前輩 這兩間該如何選擇 公司 台GG 大銀微系統 職務 設備工程師 機構工程師 工時 很操 很操 薪資 N 第一二階段沒補滿,第三階段N-4K 輪班 Y N 地點 南科 台中南屯 台GG的薪水跟輪班應該不用小弟多做補充 主要讓我猶豫不決的是 跟科技業比起來比較喜歡傳產 大銀貌似可以學到很多東西 而且聽說明年公司要上市(? 小弟台中人 家裡到大銀開車大約30分鐘 但就是錢少 每個月又有固定幾個周六要去上課 而南科台GG正在起飛(? 而薪水方面又比大銀多很多 台南環境也很不錯 但就只是個設備工程師 小弟不會在意輪班與否 但害怕的是未來的發展性比傳產的差 以上 希望各位版上前輩能給小弟一點建議 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.153.140
