【郭妤／綜合報導】偶像團體AK成員沈建宏今21歲生日，最近赴中國拍攝電視劇《花樣跳水男孩》，劇組昨天提早收工去KTV為他慶生，也不忘準備蛋糕幫他「洗臉」，沈建宏在微博分享照片，雖然帥臉被塗滿奶油，但對著蛋糕許願的他，表情幸福。

他感性寫下生日感言：「祝我生日快樂……原來能夠來到這個世界上，是這麼棒……我是個不懂用言語表達的人，但我真的非常珍惜你們…」而另一成員陳奕因忙於拍《蘭陵王妃》，昨日已先送上祝福，今天又曬出劇照打趣表示「看你生日份上，本王今天就少殺你幾個周兵吧」。
