《時代》選出當今全球13大「食神」

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】最新一期美國《時代》周刊選出當今全球13大「食神」，來自3大洲的3位大廚更登上國際版封面。他們是丹麥名廚雷哲畢（Rene Redzepi）、美國韓裔名廚張大衛（David Chang）與巴西名廚艾塔拉（Alex Atala）。

雷哲畢領導的Noma是全球餐廳評鑑常勝軍，韓裔名廚張大衛的桃福（Momofuku）系列餐廳，讓拉麵、刈包登上高級料理殿堂，艾塔拉在聖保羅的D.O.M.餐廳，將法義料理技巧融入巴西傳統菜餚。唯一上榜的華人食神是中國豬肉巨擘雙匯公司董事長萬隆，該公司上月購併美國的全球最大豬肉加工企業史密斯菲爾德。
