佳格：產品銅葉綠素量極低 可不標示

佳格食品使用著色劑「銅葉綠素鈉」事件今日又有後續，有立委發現市面上桂格與佳格產品，內容物均未標示銅葉綠素鈉，希望業者能說明進口的銅葉綠素鈉，到底添加在甚麼食品上。

佳格業務處處長黃祥蓉表示，目前水溶性的「銅葉綠素鈉」被添加於有菠菜葉的相關飲品上，包括「鮮穀王－五種檢康蔬果」、四款麥精產品與一款肉鬆產品上，未在產品的內容物中標示「銅葉綠素鈉」，是因為用量極低，依照法規可不標列。

她進一步表示，在菠菜葉中使用銅葉綠素鈉，是使用菠菜粉製作菠菜片，菠菜粉經過烘烤會變成深褐色，同時還有深有淺，為避免消費者誤為異物，因此添加這種水溶性的銅葉綠素鈉，讓顏色穩定、品質均勻。添加量是政府規定的用量的一百八十分之一，非常微量、安全無虞。
