老闆您好 你提到覺得好用的都有一定年紀以上的人 那你有沒有想過,為什麼年輕人做不久呢? 其實能力好,態度好的人 他們除了會為了薪水認真之外 還有一件事對他們來說很重要 就是"未來" 他可以是公司看得見的升遷管道 或是他可以看到一個能開疆擴土的明君 又或是在這塊產業中能夠學習到什麼 這些都是除了每個月存摺之外代表未來的無形資產 說實在如果一個公司能夠提供這些 那麼他的薪資稍差一點 那麼那些有能力的人還是會不請自來 但如果沒有這些,那就很容易形成 有能力態度的人卻不想展現,是不想在這裡貢獻給貴司 倒不是他們本身有什麼問題,講簡單就是薪水領加減做然後看情況 那麼這樣篩選之下,能力態度次之的人 知道自己能耐在哪,自會選擇對應的環境 展現出相對應的工作態度與倫理 並不代表他們能力超群 你覺得你的福利,法規遵循這塊都很好沒問題 但還是留不住好的人或年輕人 便覺得現在年輕人風氣不好,工作倫理比老一輩差 那麼我建議你可以思考一下"未來"這件事 是否能在你的組織裡能被具體的看到呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 17.92.138.220
