打炒房　金管會出手再罰幸福人壽

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】金管會今日發出最新裁罰令指出，幸福人壽違反保險法有關不動產投資應以即時利用並有收益者為限規定，有炒素地嫌疑，核處罰鍰180萬元，並限期在3個月內處分相關投資案。這是今年以來幸福人壽第3度因不動產投資遭懲處，累計罰金逾1380萬元。
 
據了解，幸福人壽因持有台北市士林區福林段三小段134-2地號土地及新北市淡水區水仙段34地號等11筆土地，超過2年或9個月未取得建罝，沒有確實利用，金管會因此要求幸福人壽於裁處書發文日起3個月內，完成處分相關投資土地不動產。

幸福人壽日前也因持有台中地區不動產違反保險法規，遭金管會處360萬元罰鍰，5月又因不動產投資案被罰840萬元，距上次裁罰不到3個月又再度被罰，累計今年以來遭金管會罰1380萬元。
 
金管會呼籲保險業辦理資金運用，應確實遵守相關法令規定，並應加強法令遵循及內部控管，以免觸法。
