綠委指包庇　食藥署：越南政府一直未回覆

針對綠委陳其邁指根據10月9日外館電報，越南政府早已證實大幸福賣給頂新的豬油、牛油都是飼料油，不可食用，衛福部卻遲至10月22日才要求頂新牛油下架，涉嫌包庇。

對此食藥署代理署長姜郁美今回應，當初是請外館向越南查證，大幸福輸台的豬油是否可食用，10月9日越南工商部回函是指大幸福外銷脂油類產品均非供食用，屬飼料油，當時據此認定頂新豬油有問題；10月10日地方衛生局實際到頂新查廠，發現頂新還向大幸福進口牛油和椰子油，隔天就再請外交單位詢問大幸福的牛油，椰子油是否可食用，因越南政府一直未回覆，該署還曾四度去文，最好只好在10月22日要求頂新牛油預防性下架。至於越南官方的正式公文，指大幸福牛油不可吃，則是周一才拿到。（沈能元／台北報導）
