疏濬河川賺30億？　中市水利局評估一場空

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】市府為增加市庫收入，委託顧問公司就大安、大甲及烏溪三條河川開採砂石的可能性收入進行評估，該公司評估會有三十億元預算，但因水利署不同意委由市府代疏濬，導致該筆歲入預算至今無下文，市議員張廖萬堅、謝志忠、蔡雅玲及何明杰今天在議會聯合質詢時，質疑水利局找這家顧問公司，不是不懂就是太無知，蔡雅玲甚至問水利局「到底是太單純或是太愚蠢？」要水利局追究該顧問公司的責任。

水利局長劉振宇坦言，該預算主要針對大安、大甲及烏溪三條河川的砂石採售分離收入，原本評估應有開採機會，但因河川局不同意市府自行開採所以尚無收入。副市長黃國榮則強調，這份評估報告是指在理想情況下才會實現，如果評估結果與預計情況相差太遠，對於專業度不足的顧問公司，可以考慮在市府內部進行通報，不再任用。
