[請教] 如何只用右手控制前變與後變

大家好，小弟因為只能用右手騎車(左手廢了)，所以將原本SRAM X-7的左右撥把改成一體式轉把 (SRAM DualDrive II內變專用)
轉把的部份很順，齒盤的變檔那兩檔卻很硬，要很用力才能換檔成功，但也終於不需要停車再換檔了。
想請教各位前輩，除了以下三種方法還有什麼改裝方式可以只用右手就可以換前2後9或前3後9的變速？
又或是有什麼方法可以讓大齒盤的換檔輕鬆些？換SRAM的前變有用嗎？
因為下一台就要改我的登山車了！謝謝大家！

１. 直接買顆三速內變然後編輪　(是這種一體式轉把的正統用法，但是登山車不想用內變)
２. Rohloff 14速內變　(這個很讚，但是買不起)
３. 內變式大盤Speed Drive
