談黃去留 羅瑩雪：公職非人生最要事

檢察總長黃世銘遭起訴，法務部長羅瑩雪表示，他中午曾致電黃世銘，黃世銘聽起來很淡定，但對北檢的處分並不服氣。至於黃世銘是否需要停職，羅瑩雪表示，依照法官法的規定，黃世銘並非因重罪遭起訴，行政懲戒也還要等檢評會的結論，因此不會現在就做決定。

羅瑩雪說，他基於做長官的立場，因此特別致電黃世銘，黃世銘的心情雖然聽起來很淡定，但對北檢的起訴並不服氣。羅瑩雪並說，他對黃世銘一審有罪就請辭的說法表示尊重，但自己不會對起訴做評論，避免被戴帽子。不過羅瑩雪也說，就算是他最好的朋友，他也認為應該要去做該做的事，因為人生最要緊的事不是公職。

羅瑩雪並表示，依照法官法，黃世銘如果要被停職，只有涉及刑事或懲戒情節重大，但現在檢察官起訴的法條都不是重罪，檢評會的結論也還沒出來，因此暫時不會處理。

羅瑩雪強調，法務部的態度只挺法律，法律人只看法律怎麼規定。
