新北商圈嘉年華　百萬汽車得獎者今出爐

【李定宇／新北報導】「2013新北市商圈嘉年華」壓軸的百萬汽車抽獎活動今日登場，10位幸運民眾偕同家人擠在台前，屏息等待抽獎結果，最後留下3人擲骰子決定拉開獎彩球順序，開獎結果出爐，確定由家住新莊的蔡宏明將百萬元汽車帶回家。
 
經發局表示，抽中大獎的蔡姓男子是商圈嘉年華活動開跑首日（9/27），因家中小朋友上美勞課，需要相關文具用品，就帶著2個孩子去文具店採買，購買金額505元，恰好是消費滿500元就能登錄抽獎的門檻。
