【動新聞】衛福部搞烏龍　2小官扛責

【方翊倩／綜合報導】衛生福利部混油公文搞烏龍，衛福部食品藥物管理署昨公布懲處名單，僅發出烏龍公文的區管中心主任潘志寬、副主任許景鑫2人調離主管職，負監督之責的食藥署、衛福部高官均「不動如山」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，食藥署區管中心前天傍晚將疑似摻偽油品查廠公文誤發成下架公文，要求各地衛生局下架名單上37件油品，部分賣場已先下架該37件油品，昨衛福部公布正確版油品下架名單，證實名單上泰山、頂新等油品查無摻偽。衛福部次長許銘能昨下午宣布，潘志寬、許景鑫2人須為烏龍公文負責，兩人改任食藥署研究員、專門委員，調離主管職務，待考績會調查。學者痛批，懲處層級過低太離譜，「衛福部長邱文達應主動請辭，才能平息眾怒。」
