借標題請問一下各位專業科技人。 鍵盤小妹預計年終入袋後就提離職。 依照過往經驗來看公司都是農曆年前最後一個上班日發放年終，推算今年應該會是在1/29發放。 為了不影響年終考績不敢先預告離職，所以打算在發放日當天提出。 小妹到職剛滿一年，依規定須要提前20日告知， 問題是接著馬上開始放年假，放假的日子也可以算在預告的20天内嗎？ 麻煩各位了。感謝。 ※ 引述《griffiths (晨)》之銘言： : 小弟在某前10大半導體廠，工作年資未滿三年。 : 公司的離職流程是電子簽核，已經在系統上填妥預定離職日送出。 : 啟動流程的日期距離職日超過30天，符合勞基法的規定。 : 該單需要兩層的主管簽，目前停在最後一位主管手上，遲遲未簽。 : 若是一直到離職當天還是沒有簽，我要怎麼辦呢？可以直接離開公司嗎？ : 感謝指點。m(_._)m -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.160.228
