花蓮強震 台電：核一二三運作都正常

31日晚間20:02發生芮氏規模6.3強烈有感地震，時間長達近1分鐘，台電表示，核一、二、三廠系統運作均正常未受影響，核一、核二有弱震儀警報動作，核三廠及核四龍門電廠的弱震儀都未達動作點，請民眾不用擔心。

台電指出，核電廠都建於堅固岩盤上，這次規模6.3的地震，核一及核二廠震度分別只有0.0074g及0.0059g，除了弱震儀警報動作，以及位於控制室人員有輕微感受到地震外，所有設備系統運作正常。至於核三廠及核四廠，弱震儀都未達動作點，控制室人員也未感受到或僅感受輕微地震。

據指出，目前除核三廠1號機計畫性停機進行大修外，其餘5部機組均維持滿載運轉。

台電表示，堅固的地盤可大幅減低地震的危害，如真遇有大地震，核能廠也有自動急停的設計，並會以民眾的安全為最高考量，謹慎應對。
