我於9/8號在神腦購買S4 購買時間才一個多月 因為我現在在當兵，軍中無法帶智慧手機，只有休假在用 所以真正使用天數不超過二十天 在昨天好端端放在桌上的S4突然自動重開機 後來悲劇就開始了，首先是剛開完機，我在主畫面滑來滑去測試 突然莫名其妙當機之後重開機 情況好一點的話，重開機之後可以待機一陣子，放在桌上不理他 過一陣子一樣重開機 我寫信給三星，信中說可能是第三方軟體所造成，叫我進入安全模式再測試測試 我進入安全模式待機測試，過了幾小時都沒事 之後有人打電話來接通之後直接當機然後重開機，打電話方面測試幾次，時好時壞 之後手機一整個古怪，隨時都會重開機或是自動關機 現在也只能送修了，想到用沒多久的S4竟然這麼差... 有鄉民有跟我一樣的經驗嗎? 桃園有售後服務中心嗎? 有現場工程師的那種!! 感謝了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.138.67
