擁有台美雙重國籍的工程師，今年6月搭乘華航由舊金山經台灣轉機飛往香港的班機，在機上廁所偷裝針孔攝錄機，偷拍乘客、空姐如廁的影像。桃院地院，依妨害秘密罪判處工程師6月徒刑，得易科罰金18萬元。

據《蘋果日報》報導，該名男子在美國擔任工程年薪400萬元。在飛機起飛後不久，就到廁所偷偷安裝針孔攝錄機，1名空姐因廁所水龍頭故障，查看時發現針孔攝錄機，機靈的空姐將記憶卡取出，7小時候後男子前往廁所取回偷拍器材，空姐確認後就報警處理。

工程師被逮時堅決否認，直到空姐當場播放影片，他啞口無言。影片中有3男3女遭到偷拍，其中3名旅客提告，地檢署裁定3萬元交保，並限制出境。

事後工程師賠償被害人和解，但其中1名被害人堅持提告，日前桃院地院，依妨害秘密罪判處工程師6月徒刑，得易科罰金18萬元。
