達輝決議全面換發無實體股票

達輝光電 (6434)今天公告，董事會決議通過股票全面換發無實體發行。

化纖大廠新纖（1409）近年積極布局轉投資的光電事業，新纖轉投資的達輝光電，主要生產LCD上游TAC膜及補償膜，今年起已經開始貢獻獲利，並於今年9月14日公開發行。

達輝光電董事會決議，擬向中華民國證券櫃檯買賣中心申請股票登錄興櫃，依「財團法人中華民國證券櫃檯買賣中心證券商營業處所買賣興櫃股票審查準則」規定，將辦理股票全面換發無實體股票。

達輝光電表示，將向臺灣集中保管結算所股份有限公司申請股票無實體發行暨處理相關作業事宜，並訂定全面換發無實體股票停止過戶日期間為102年10月26日至102年11月4日，股票全面換發無實體基準日為102年10月30日。
