小弟113碩畢 自九月初退伍以來已經面試4家公司 目前只有拿到東元電機的offer 還拿不定主意要不要去 請大家幫我分析一下 offer如下: 公司: 東元電機(中壢廠) 職務: IE管理師 工時: 8:00-1650(據說很少加班,如果加班可以報一半加班費) 薪資: N-7k (人資說三個月後看表現最多可以加到5k,但主管認為不太可能) 年終: 據說近兩年平均是4.5個月(最少應該有3個月, 但年終是用底薪3k去算) N是某產業龍頭公司國立碩士新人價 大家認為這個offer值得去嗎? 小弟是認為cp值還不差, 雖然穩定沒甚麼不好, 但還年輕好像應該衝刺一下? 而且我擔心進東元後沒升遷機會, 薪水也不太調? 下禮拜要去面試台積電的課長... 但東元明天就要給答覆了. 之後也不確定能拿到更好的offer 希望大家給個意見 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.175.52
