北市套房年漲19.9%　中低總價熱銷

【張菱育／台北報導】自去年8月實價登錄上路以來，房市透明度逐漸提高，據永慶房產集團統計實價登錄資料，北市公寓平均交易單價從去年8月的48.1萬元，漲至今年8月的53.2萬元，年漲10.4%；套房從59.2萬元，漲至70.9萬元，年漲19.9%；大樓卻降至現在的每坪51.3萬元，年減4.7%。

永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛指出，近1年中低總價熱銷，也帶動公寓和套房產品，其中萬華、北投、文山區，均有超過7成以上的交易物件，平均單價在50萬元以下，就算是信義區也有10.6%的成交物件單價低於50萬元，在北市要找低價產品，其實不難。
