咖啡因含量　奶茶恐比咖啡高！

【蔡明樺／台北報導】香港食品安全中心今公布台式奶茶咖啡因抽驗結果，包括在香港的日出茶太、85度C、CoCo都可茶飲等連鎖飲料業者，每杯平均400cc手搖杯奶茶的咖啡因含量介於110～160毫克，比星巴克、麥當勞的泡沫咖啡含量還高，每天喝2至3杯奶茶就超出歐盟對成人的每天300毫克建議量。

董氏基金會表示，加拿大曾對嬰幼兒提出每公斤體重不宜超過2.5毫克的咖啡因攝取量，以10公斤幼童為例，每天不宜逾25毫克咖啡因，上述奶茶喝1/4杯就超量。醫師指，咖啡因中毒會有煩燥不安、易怒、心悸等症狀，大量飲用恐心臟麻痺致命。

衛福部食品藥物管理署指，目前針對咖啡、奶茶、可樂等含咖啡因的包裝飲品，要求標示咖啡因含量，業者未依規定標示，依《食品衛生管理法》可罰3萬至300萬，但手搖杯飲料因非規格化製程，不含在內。
