坑殺勞退基金 特偵組起訴2操盤手

特偵組偵辦有關政府四大基金弊案，今天下午將兩名代操政府基金的經理人陳平與瞿乃正，以背信、內線交易等罪嫌提起公訴，並請求法院從重量刑、科以較高罰金。

特偵組指出，去年十二月底經民眾告發，有政府勞退、勞保基金被投信坑殺超過十億元。特偵組蒐證後，認為政府基金操盤手為圖謀暴利，以特殊手法損害民眾利益，涉案金額超過38億元，所以簽報總長核定為重大案件偵辦。
