聽說 人過了三十歲之後 代謝會變差 如果飲食不節制或多運動 很容易胖 可是路上看到很多中年人 雖然胖胖的 但也沒有到很肥的程度 想問一下 如果完全不節制的吃 炸的 油的 都不管 餓了就吃 晚上餓了就吃消夜 口渴就喝飲料 想吃甚麼就吃甚麼 這樣胖下去會有一個限度嗎 還是到達一個點之後就差不多了 因為路上也很少看到那種100多公斤的大胖子阿?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.97.233
