苗栗市大倫國中 特技風箏隊成軍

〔自由時報記者傅潮標／苗栗報導〕由苗栗市公所舉辦的「九降風起，紙鳶情揚」風箏文化節系列活動，十九、二十日將在後龍溪河濱公園登場。苗栗市公所為深耕苗栗在地風箏文化，輔導大倫國中成立的特技風箏隊，昨天舉行成軍發表會， 隊員們放飛風箏展現培訓成果，也為風箏文化節暖身。

風箏節將於19日登場

苗栗市擁有很好的風箏放飛環境、風況與場地，市公所與國內知名的「8+特技風箏隊」教練合作，培訓大倫國中特技風箏隊成為苗縣第一支特技風箏種子隊，隊員共有四男七女。教練邱永青說，訓練課程從認識特技風箏的特性到實際體驗放飛。

隊員們昨天看著風箏飛上青天翱翔，充滿喜悅與成就感，邱怡汶說，風箏也有不聽使喚的時候，過程中學到風箏飛行的原理和風箏的結構﹔胡君俞說，必須思考風箏如何放，才會飛得更高、更好，例如配合風向的變化隨機應變。
