【方翊倩／綜合報導】「台灣阿甘」林明德，日前完成第六趟環台撿垃圾的行動，他感嘆各縣市熱中放煙火、放天燈，造成的垃圾、空氣污染、公共安全問題，是台灣目前急需處理的環境問題。

《自由時報》報導，環保阿甘憂心，台灣節慶、選舉造勢等大小活動多，人潮散去後常滿地垃圾。例如南蜂炮、北天燈、煙火都會造成空氣汙染，他對總統、部長到縣市長都建言了，各縣市卻花更多錢去辦更多大型活動，污染問題沒獲得政府正視，讓他憂心不已。
