大家好, 想請教一件事~ 最近我應徵上一份工作，已經談好薪水和職位 不過人資希望我報到當天，可以提供三封前主管或師長的推薦信 想請問這個推薦信的用意，是為了備查嗎？ 因為我理解的是，推薦信通常是在應徵工作時提供來加分， 為什麼到職時還需要推薦信呢？ 因為想了解這個狀況，所以來這裡發問~ 謝謝:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.18.144
