DVBViewer 能看有線電視(第四台)的節目嗎?

自己本身使用H727的電視卡，
因為官方的播放軟體實在很糟。
現在都使用Potplayer來觀看第四台，
但是Potplayer沒辦法預約錄影，
一直想找到能代替的軟體。

最近看網路上有推薦DVBViewer這套軟體，
看有網友分享看數位電視的設定，可以看HiHD的電視，
但是找了好久都沒有第四台的相關設定。

想請問DVBViewer 可以用來看第四台嗎?
我嘗試過好多設定，都無法掃瞄到第四台。
