菜鳥瓦卡技壓柯蕭　紅雀再勝道奇

【王翊亘／綜合報導】紅雀菜鳥投手瓦卡(Michael Wacha)，再度投出經典戰役，在國聯冠軍賽第2戰，對決道奇王牌柯蕭(Clayton Kershaw)，先發6.2局，僅被擊出5支安打，投出8次三振，未失1分。而紅雀則在5局下，從柯蕭手中攻下唯一1分，終場就以1比0擊敗道奇。
 
雖然紅雀全場比賽僅有2支安打，但5局下，佛瑞斯(David Freese)，無人出局就靠著二壘安打攻上得點圈，道奇捕手艾利斯(A.J. Ellis)又發生捕逸，佛瑞斯輕鬆來到三壘。1出局後，紅雀中外野手傑伊(Jon Jay)擊出高飛犧牲打，紅雀就攻下全場唯一的1分。
 
柯蕭先發6局，投出5次三振，1次保送，僅被擊出2支安打，可惜5局被紅雀攻得的這1分，讓他吞下敗投。道奇想要在比賽後段試圖反攻，然而瓦卡退場後，面對紅雀4名後援投手，道奇打線無法擊出安打，就以1分落敗。國聯冠軍賽，道奇已0勝2敗落後紅雀，只得寄望後天能在主場扳回一城。
