159款國產泡麵評比　紅油擔擔乾麵奪冠

【胡治言／綜合報導】《蘋果日報》副刊針對超商、量販、超市共159款不含調理包的國產泡麵進行評比，邀柯俊年、連愛卿、費奇3位美食家擔任評審試吃，將泡麵分乾麵、素食、牛肉、豬肉、海鮮禽類5大類，根據麵體、風味、價格評分，經過一番激烈廝殺後，由調味平衡耐吃、拌醬甘甜的維力紅油擔擔乾麵奪冠！

《蘋果》報導，本次泡麵評比分為乾麵、素食、牛肉、豬肉、海鮮禽類；評分方面，價格佔20%、麵體30%、風味50％，Q彈度、是否含油耗味，及湯麵湯頭或乾麵醬料的味道是評選標準；評比過程由專職代客煮泡麵6年經驗的泡麵達人謝于璇沖煮。

此次評比結果出爐，乾麵類的維力大乾麵系列紅油擔擔以79.3分奪冠；素食方面，味王巧食齋紅麴素牛肉湯麵因湯頭底蘊有層次，價格算經濟，最終以78.9分獲得第1名；牛肉類由味全康師傅爆椒香辣牛肉麵以78.3分得第1；豬肉方面由康師傅雪筍肉絲湯麵以77.3分得第1名；海鮮禽類的表現平庸，僅味丹双響炮椒麻海鮮湯麵湯頭像現熬，以77.2分獲得第1。

現場泡麵159款，讓評審直呼簡直要把未來一年的泡麵量給吃光！
