【短片】大象突發飆　管理員被壓死

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國密蘇里狄克森動物園一頭名為「耐心」(Patience)的母象，實際上可是一點耐心也沒有，當地時間11日早上傳出，重達4千多公斤的大象「耐心」，撞倒現年62歲的管理員布萊德福特，並把他壓死。
 
布萊德福特當時試圖哄騙「耐心」，進入通往象園的通道，「耐心」突然攻擊他，將他撞倒重壓在地，其他同事發現立刻將「耐心」拉走，但布萊德福特已當場死亡。
 
現年41歲的大象「耐心」，1990年來到這個動物園，雖然脾氣不怎麼好，但從未導致管理員傷亡，園方表示不會將「耐心」賜死，布萊德福特管理大象已有25年的經驗，當時應是站錯位置，讓自己處於易被攻擊的環境，至於是什麼引發「耐心」突然發動攻擊，則還有待調查。
