醉女搶走小黃遭扣車　運將10天損失2萬

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名50多歲馬姓女子，上周2晚間8時許，與友人餐敘酒後，3人攔計程車離去，馬女經過海洋廣場前大喊：「停車，我要跳海自殺！」50歲邱姓司機拒絕載客後，馬女竟怒踹車門，雙方爆發衝突，過程中邱男拿鋁棒作勢攻擊，馬女當場跳上計程車，開到附近派出所。

警方表示，馬女因酒駕加上拒絕酒測，因此計程車遭到扣押。邱男前往警局要領車石，警方表示無法確認邱男與馬女的關係，必須繳清9萬罰單才能領車。邱男因此向警局、監理站申訴，並向市議員呂美玲陳情後，今天中午才領回計程車。邱男抱怨，「10天無法上班，載客車資、租車費損失近2萬！」
