【胡守得／台北報導】法務部監聽調查報告定稿後，今天下午送交部長羅瑩雪批示，羅說，「尊重委員看法，一字未改」。
 
羅瑩雪表示，下午看完調查報告一遍，尊重委員的看法，一字未改簽字；簽字後、記者會前，遵循部會重大新聞處理原則，有將報告傳真到行政院長江宜樺辦公室、行政院發言人處，但未打電話向上報告，高層也未打電話來關心。
