偵查庭內偷錄音 男辯稱不小心

（中央社記者劉世怡台北9日電）涉嫌詐欺的朱姓男子日前赴士檢應訊，遭檢察官發現夾帶錄音筆錄下開庭過程，經勘驗共錄3次。士檢今天依妨害秘密起訴朱男。

士林地檢署公布的起訴書指出，48歲的朱男在9月4日下午赴士檢偵查庭，以詐欺罪被告應訊；但他卻攜帶錄音筆竊錄開庭訊問內容，並遭檢察官當庭發現並扣下錄音筆。

檢方指出，經勘驗錄音筆發現，原來朱男早在6月及7月間，也就是前兩次開庭就已經有錄音，但朱男辯稱「不小心錄音」。

不過，當天法警證稱，當下發現朱男上衣口袋有閃爍光源，朱男辯稱是香菸盒，後來才發現是錄音筆。

士檢今天偵結，認定朱男犯案明確，依妨害秘密罪嫌起訴。1021009
