通監中心：手機app可攔封包 但無法監聽

立法院內政委員會今天赴警政署刑事警察局通訊監聽中心考察。國民黨立委徐欣瑩詢問，若透過網路或手機通訊軟體如Skype、Whatsapp或Line通話有沒有辦法監聽？刑事局通訊監聽中心主任林豐裕表示，技術上雖可攔截封包，但目前仍沒辦法破解，所以無法監聽。
