【游芳男／宜蘭報導】颱風過後，宜蘭三星蔥價高，平均每公斤拍賣價達上百元，引起宵小覬覦，有竊盜前科的男子林志忠（37歲、宜縣人），因工作不穩定，無錢花用，向友人借來廂型車，今凌晨想不勞而獲到三星鄉偷蔥。

林男到宜蘭三星鄉貴林村南北幹一路一處蔥田，竊取市價6,000多元的57公斤三星青蔥後，在今凌晨3時20分許要離去時，被護蔥巡邏經過的警員發現盤查，林男一度狡辯自己是蔥農，車廂內沾滿泥土的3綑青蔥是自己種的，直到後來獲知警方要找來當地村長指認是否是當地村民時，林男才坦承犯案，並說缺錢花用才偷蔥，蔥是要拿到市場販賣。被依竊盜罪移送偵辦。
