如標題，出社會後很少有時間運動，原PO最近剛加入健身工廠， 無奈朋友不是沒在運動不然就是在WORLD GYM因此想在這裡找人一起去健身， 目前一週參加個2~3次重訓、打1~2次籃球，參加一些會噴汗的有氧課程， 目的要把退伍前的體重跟身材找回來!!! 希望可以找到一起健身的夥伴!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.31.78
