立委林國正爆總長曾推薦鄭深元升職

立法委員林國正在司法及法制委員會質詢指出，檢察總長黃世銘在今年八月討論檢察官晉升的檢察官人事審議委員會中，推薦承辦「一百年特他六十一號」掛錯線監聽國會的檢察官鄭深元及另一位蔡姓檢察官升任主任檢察官，以及推薦盧姓主任檢察官升任高檢署檢察官，結果三人都落空，他指是因黃世銘對曾勇夫積怨，才爆發關說案。

林國正質疑，鄭深元監聽國會，搞不清楚國會總機，辦案有瑕疵，這樣的檢察官能晉升主任檢察官嗎？林國正要法務部長羅瑩雪調查，黃世銘身為檢審委員，又透過特偵組長楊榮宗向其他人審委員推薦這三人，這樣做否妥當?

林國正也為涉及關說案的高檢署檢察官林秀濤抱屈。他說，之前被懷疑是否以人事升遷做關說的交換條件，但林秀濤並未在升遷名單內，這樣的懷疑是侮辱林秀濤。
