不知情使用失竊手機　女子遭告不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名28歲鄒姓女子，日前遺失手機，便向警方報案；警方調閱通聯紀錄，查出1名越南籍28歲高姓女子使用該手機，依竊盜罪將她函送法辦。

高女辯稱，因手機故障，碰到1名好心同鄉男子送她手機使用，並沒有偷竊；全案偵結，檢方認為高女並未將手機轉賣牟利，並使用自己的門號通話，除須負擔通話費外，又自曝犯行，證據不足，以不起訴處分。
