【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】北韓領導人金正恩又有驚人之語。根據南韓《朝鮮日報》報導，金正恩宣稱要在3年內，實現以武力統一朝鮮半島。

報導指出，南韓的情報單位有消息表示，目前北韓正在重整權力結構，希望鞏固金正恩的領導地位。消息更指出，北韓正在修改戰爭計畫，明確規定「當共和國南半部的民主愛國力量揭竿而起、要求北方支援時，宣佈開戰」。
