建商互相賣屋，用「實價登入」炒房

蘋果房產的報導說到
建商的做法是，若2家建商都有在同一區推新案，
就以相同價格互相賣給對方產品，且皆完成過戶程序等，
但在付款時就直接互相抵掉，根本沒有實際交易，做「假」成交價，
且一次都墊高20%的價格，很快房價就被炒高2~3倍
