綠委再爆 特偵組監聽國會說謊

檢察總長黃世銘9月28日晚間曾召開記者會，說明自己是當晚才知道0972630235這支電話是立法院的節費電話，並非刻意監聽立法院。民進黨立委陳其邁指出，根據監聽作業的SP(標準作業程序)，必須再打一通電話確認，是否為手機持有人所有，直指黃世銘說謊。

根據周刊報導，法務部調查小組在清查0972這支節費電話通聯記錄時，發現5月底有一通特偵組打進總機的紀錄，特偵組澄清有兩種可能，一是立法院跟特偵組要資料才會撥打，或者是誤撥。

陳其邁呼籲，請特偵組公布要資料的對象是誰，而經過實際播打，從立法院播出的號碼，若在電話機上面，按「*0」，即會出現分機號碼，若僅按「0」播出，會顯示為「私人號碼」，不會看到0972這支手機號碼。

另外經過試算，陳其邁認為誤撥的機率更是微乎其微。除了0、9不會撥錯，誤撥另外8碼的機率是10的8次方分之1，「這比彗星撞地球的機遇還低，比阿婆生小孩還困難」。
