【林修卉／台北報導】民進黨團上午召開記者會，幹事長高志鵬指控，「國民黨可能攔截竊聽，知道民進黨周5要提倒閣，所以國民黨團昨日在程序委員會，封殺本周5和下周2院會所有議程，讓立法院院會開不了會！」高強調，倒閣後，解散國會，才是解決台灣憲政僵局的辦法。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，國民黨的立委自己也知道，馬英九總統倒行逆施，導致國民黨支持度下降。民進黨團總召柯建銘則批，國民黨團已進退失據，不知怎麼辦，怕民進黨團提倒閣，怕開會，又不道歉，再嫁禍給民進黨。柯說，9月政爭是馬總統所發動，問題原點還是在馬英九。
