不滿哭鬧　7旬保母虐嬰成傷判刑

【張欽／台北報導】73歲朱姓老婦擔任職業保母，去年10月起照顧鄭姓夫妻的7個月大女兒，未料，才1周就受不了女嬰吵鬧，憤而凌虐毆打女嬰，致女嬰雙踝、右眼瞼及會陰部受傷，因朱婦坦承犯行，並已賠償，台北地院依傷害罪判朱女3月徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元，緩刑5年，全案可再上訴。
 
檢方調查時曾函請三總鑑定女嬰受傷原因，三總判斷女嬰雙踝瘀傷應為外力所致，右眼瞼出血應為多次碰撞或拍打所致，會陰部撕裂傷也研判可能是撞擊或尖利物品接觸所致，檢察官認定朱婦市故意傷害女嬰，因此依傷害罪起訴。
