我是這星期一剛到職， 今天是工作的第二天， 但因工作場所的主管及同事有抽菸的習慣， 雖然同事不會在面前抽，但抽回來煙味也很重， 本人是不抽菸而且對菸味有點敏感， 聞到煙味時呼吸會很難換氣， 加上每天騎車上班時間也有點久(新莊到松山，大約每天上班騎35分鐘左右)， 可能最近就會提出離職， 公司在到職第一天有幫我保勞健保， 那我在離職時有要和公司說退保? 還是到新工作到職時再加保，就會自動覆蓋過前公司的投保? 因是個人自願離職，所以應該是沒有非自願離職書和資遣費， 那在離職後這幾天有工作的時間是否公司會付給我工作天數的薪資部分? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.218.23.77
